daily feed records for cattle, track cattle in and out, pen to pen

movements, enter treatments for treated cattle, perform bi-monthly

billing and establish commodity prices each billing period due to

market fluctuations. Track month end inventory on all feed commodities

and medicines. Perform payroll functions, accounts payable, accounts

receivable, tax deposits, manage all banking needs, reconcile accounts

and statements, keep interest and principal payments current on loans,

enter general journal entries for month end inventories on feed

commodities, and prepare quarterly reports for tax professionals.

Process incoming mail, update and maintain filing system, order office

supplies and materials as needed. This position is performed with no
