1994 - Present Manufactures Industrial Group - Athens,
Tennessee
I am currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager working closely with
suppliers to develop quality systems and solve quality problems/issues
through formal problem-solving methods. SQE duties include review and
approval of all supplier PPAP documentation as well. I am also serving as
Quality Systems Analyst with responsibilities for coordinating plant-wide
compliance to MIG Operating requirements as well as international
automotive industry requirements such as the ISO/TS-16949 standard. I
have overall responsibility as 3rd Party Auditor contact and escort as
well as Lead Auditor for 2nd Party Audits of other JCI facilities and 1st
Party Audits of the Athens Plant. I am responsible for plant-wide
documentation control allowing for familiarity with many of the
departmental / plant operating systems such as H.S.E., E.M.S., H.R.,
I.E., etc. This also allows for familiarity with the requirements of our
many customers such as Ford, Chrysler, GM, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Mercedes,
and Nissan. I am also an active member of the EMS Cross-Functional Team.
My past experience at this location includes service as a Quality
Engineer involved with product launch activities such as tool tracking,
tool run-offs, and dimensional layout reviews as well as PPAP, FMEA,
control plan, and process documentation development for Ford, Chrysler,
and G.M. programs. Past experience also includes problem investigation &
solving in-house and at customer assembly plants.

I served as Quality Engineer involved in many product launches. Prepared
initial sample inspection reports, I.S.I.R., process charts, and control
plans for Mazda, Nissan, Ford, CAMI, and Suburu. I have investigated
and solved quality problems in-house and at customer assembly plants. I
was responsible for the installation and operation of all Research and
Development Lab and Quality Lab equipment and supervised all R&D
technicians and Quality technicians. I assisted in Quality training for
all plant employees. I directed company team efforts to obtain Japanese
Industrial Standards Certification (JIS). I developed company quality
manual and Quality Department Calibration System.

I served as Quality Engineer involved in all Ford Product launches. I

Melt Department Foreman, in charge of cupola and furnace repair and half-
time as assistant to the Quality Control Engineer, developing statistical

improve efficiency of cupola operations.

While there on a Co-Op Internship, I worked as Shipping Quality Control
Inspector. I utilized statistical sampling, and inspected all incoming
materials as well as outgoing finished products. I also operated a
