inventory of discs, efficient route planning, meeting deadlines, filling and clearing kiosks of
discs, problem solving and technical trouble shooting at kiosk. Also detailed reports via excel
spread sheets, email and phone calls.
ACT – Call Center, Taos NM. - Oct 2008 to Dec 2009. Taking inbound customer service
calls from cardholders with Bank of America. Basic Tech support/trouble shooting to help
cardholders log onto web site.
PSCU Financial Services Phoenix Arizona. Four months temporary position in the Settlement
Department. Involved looking up accounts and keying of unprocessed payments, transmitting
checks on line, sending letters to cardholders to return payments which we were not able to
process. Logging and balancing with excel spreadsheets.
Sundance Art Corporation- Phoenix AZ - 18 months. Sales /customer service of framed art at
Road shows in Costco Warehouses throughout Phoenix and Arizona. Sales of art from
warehouse. Solely responsible for sales and inventory. Compilation of catalogs for prospective
buyers – involved downloading, editing through Photoshop and printing images of art.
Sedona Real Inn, Sedona AZ. six months. Concierge. Making reservations for guests for
tours, outings, dinner, advising on local attractions, directions, maps. Close contact with local
tour companies and businesses. Some front desk - enquiries, reservations, check ins and outs.

busy outdoor garden café in top gallery tourist area. Involved in food prep, desserts, expresso

PSCU Financial Services Phoenix Arizona - three and one half years. - Two years of which was
in Florida at their St Petersburg call center. Handling in bound enquiries from cardholders,
merchants and credit unions regarding Credit / Debit card accounts with 1600 plus Credit
Unions. Extensive use of Windows.
Home Shopping Network, St Petersburg Florida. - One year. Phone customer service and sales
at television channel. Fast paced enquiries in conjunction with the live TV shows. Extensive

three large old time craft / gift stores in coastal tourist town. Very busy seasonal traffic- often

I opened at 6am most mornings, prepared for breakfast. Worked as server, hostess, cashier,
handled schedules, hired and fired dining room staff. Did banking, helped with placing orders for
supplies.

Cold calling in person on householders to complete statistical questionnaires on a monthly basis
for unemployment purposes.
Royal Automobile Club Of Victoria, Australia - Six years. Over the counter and phone
customer service on membership, vehicle and home insurance, local and domestic travel,
finance. Head cashier and relief cashier at several branches throughout city.
