Registered Nurse Case Manager
Worked directly with specialized mild traumatic brain
injury patients. Collaborated daily with an
interdisciplinary health care team to ensure each patient

implemented, coordinated, monitored, and evaluated options
and services available to meet the specific needs of each
patient and/or family members. Co-facilitated for various

Assigned to the 1128TH Transportation Company. Military
service included one year of active duty in Iraq and
