projects allowing credit card users to view and pay their bills

customer requirements to product launch.

. Directed project to develop in-store bill pay kiosks. These

touch-screen kiosks accepted credit card, checks and cash through a

backend integration teams utilizing SOAP requests through Web Services

to establish secure connectivity through Cox mainframe.

. Directed teams to enhance multiple bill pay sites to migrate

from a daily batch to a real-time system.

. Lead project to add Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets to the

Fidelity Express system allowing Cox payments to be taken at multiple

location throughout the city. This system was integrated through a

nightly batch process to the COX AS 400 system of record.
