In one year of group practice my body of work as primary surgeon at Borgess

Medical Center includes 41 aneurysm coilings, 24 vertebral ostium SAPTAs,

16 intracranial SAPTAs or PTAs, 7 cervical carotid SAPTAs, 9 acute stroke

intra-arterial interventions, 2 AVM embolizations, 2 epistaxis

embolizations, 74 vertebroplasties/kyphoplasties, and 249 diagnostic

cerebral angiograms totaling 420 cases.

Interventional cases scrubbed as assistant surgeon during my two year

Neurointerventional Fellowship include 97 aneurysm coilings, 3 Vein of

Galen embolizations, 8 cervical tumor embolizations, 11 DAVF embolizations,

3 AVM embolizations, 23 acute stroke intra-arterial interventions, 36

carotid SAPTAs, 29 intracranial SAPTAs or PTAs, 14 extracranial vertebral

artery SAPTAs, 5 Iliac SAPTAs, 14 percutaneous sclerotherapies, 6

vertebroplasties, 210 diagnostic cerebral angiograms, and 3 spinal

angiograms including one with embolization totaling 462 cases.

Interventional cases at Bronson Methodist Hospital include 3 intra-arterial

stroke interventions, 1 aneurysm stent-assisted coiling, 2 aneurysm

coilings, 1 ICA pseudoaneurysm stent assisted coiling, 1 vertebral artery

stent reconstruction, 2 vasospasm cases, 7 kyphoplasty procedures, and 58

diagnostic catheter angiograms.
