ISSP (Touch Point) is a foundational, cross-channel platform for product

opening, customer setup and maintenance. This project deals with all the

services provided by a bank to a customer. This Platform is going to be

used by the bank associates to add new customers and provide various

services to them.

Touch Point provides the technology to consolidate customer data from

existing host systems and present that information on a universal

workstation to Associates and sales representatives. AML/KYC is the small

part of ISSP which prevents bank and associates from allowing bank products

and services to be used by the customers in furtherance of, criminal

activity, including money laundering and the financing terrorism.

Responsibilities:

> Involving in the study of the Functional flow and getting

clarification for Account Opening, Locate, Keep The Change,

Customer/Account Maintenance, Fund Transfer, Session Management,

Overdraft Protection, Scheduled Transfer, Stop Payments, Holds,

ATM/Check Card Maintenance, Account Close, CD Partial Withdrawal, CD

Renewal/Rollover, Fee Profile components from development team and as

well as from Bank SME's.

> Requirement Analysis and Identifying the Test Scenarios for the above

mention components.
