Work per job assignments. Large job assignments include: Cintas Document Management
beginning August 2010 and ending to July 22, 2011. Job responsibilities include, route pick-up
and warehouse. Route pick-up duties consist of driving box truck to pick-up full bins from
approximately 18 different destinations, at each destination swap out full bins with empty bins,
sign ticket. Return to warehouse when route is complete. Helper on On-site shred truck, go on
route with driver and assist in removing bins from building to truck location to be shredded.
Warehouse daily task consist of operating five box trucks and unloading an estimate of 30 recycle
bins weighing 80 to 250lbs. by way of forklift, load each individual bin on to mobile unit shred
truck and unload recycle contents in truck’s shredder, return the empty bin and load back on to
box truck to be ready for the next day’s route. Operate five mobile shred trucks and two shred fast
trucks. Unlike the mobile shredder, the shred fast trucks have to be manually emptied by entering
into the back of the truck, switching the wall gears and utilizing the lever to move the wall.
Operate paper bailer after pushing paper into pit with forklift, compress paper into bail, manually
feed wire and tie bail, remove with forklift after it has been automatically pushed out through the
trap door and load on to 18 wheeler one at a time. Operate cardboard bailer, same process as
the paper bail. Load 18 wheeler trucks with thirty bails of compressed paper with an approximate
weight between 1,200lbs. to 1,600lbs. and sign off on tickets when switching out trailers.
Assemble new paper bins and label for replacement of full bins that are removed from customer’s
site. On occasion utilize hand power tools for minor equipment repairs. Operate Toyota sit down
forklift, CPR certified, work double shift, at times worked two man shift alone. Training of co-
worker replacement.
Small job assignments include: Picking up vehicles for Advantage Car Rental from Austin
Bergstrom Airport customer drop off location, detail vehicles, and drop off at customer pick-up
location. Driving moving truck, loading, packaging furniture in protective wrapping, boxing and
loading into truck, unload at delivery destination. Driving vehicles from car dealership in Austin,
TX to auction house in Buda, TX.

copy high importance material such as Confined Space Course Materials, Confined Space Entry
Day 1 Books and Folders, Confined Space Entry Day 2 Books and Folders. Copy medium
importance materials such as training courses for the rest of the year, 1stAid, CPR, DDC & Smith
System forms, 1stAid, & Smith System forms, and Workstation Safety Assessment Checklists.
Copy low importance material such as training materials for teachers and other documents for
staff members, and assist in setting-up training rooms for classes upon request. Special Projects
included Build Confined Space Entry Class folders & books, inventory safety equipment for
Confined Space Crs. Copy, fold and staple Confined Space Entry books, p unch holes in tri-fold
flyers and put in rubber band, straighten catalogs in Safety Information Office, re-label and

copy machine, use long reach stapler, run Comb Binding Machine, and build books and
pamphlets.
