acquired during twenty-three years as a Registered Nurse in a challenging

details my experience and background in various patient care management
areas of hospital, long term care facilities, hospice, assisted living, and
home health care. I also offer extensive experience as a Nurse Supervisor,
Charge Nurse and Patient Care Coordinator for home health and assisted
living, along with extensive report preparations involved both in home
health care and nursing homes. In addition, I have handled new admissions
into home health care, and assisted living programs as well as performed
the duties as an RNCA (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator) of a long
term care facility. I am very knowledgeable in all related state and
federal laws and regulations, as well as Medicare/Medicaid programs,
required forms, documentation, records, etc. Counseling patients and/or
families in patient care management, crisis intervention, and other areas
related to their care have been integral functions in all the positions I
have held.
Academically, I received an A.A.S. degree in Nursing and Liberal Arts in
1988 and am a licensed professional nurse in the State of South Carolina.

. Responsible for providing high tech health care management of patients
in home environment at various locations throughout Northeast
Pennsylvania which included primarily Pittston, also Clarks Summit,
Dunmore, etc. Also responsible for administrating blood work of acute
care patients on monthly basis at Personal Care facility requiring
Medicare approval. Served on rotational "on Call" basis every third
weekend and 4 to 6 weekdays monthly.
. Administered IV's, venipuncture, chemotherapy, porta cath care, and
oncology specialties. Monitored "Difficult Stick" patients with
C.V.P. Lines, subclavian, and jugular, including phlebitic Patients.
Instructed other on site nursing personnel in I.V. insertion and
