* Develop and implement standardized Maintenance System across an 8
plant manufacturing company in the U.S. and Mexico.
* Work with Maintenance Managers across 8 plants to insure
standardized best practice methods at each division.
* Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed
to improve operations, minimize operating costs.
* Recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of
machinery and equipment.
* Develop and head program for equipment rebuilds.
Accomplishments:
* Designed and implemented a standardized Maintenance System in 8
divisions that previously had no system of equipment reliability
in existence. System included preventive maintenance, root
cause analysis, maintenance KPIs, and many other features as
well.
* Brought together a diverse group of maintenance professionals in
different physical locations and formed a cohesive corporate
maintenance department that shared ideas and problem solving

* Created and installed programming which automatically increased
production from 3 - 5%.
* Created and installed programming which automatically controlled
vacuum time (used for pulling in metal) that reduced scrap from
4% down to 1%.
* Worked with IT department to create an in-house data acquisition
program that collected all data, reported, generated real time
alarms in production, and stored production profile information.
