Sourcing Manager - Global Capital and Infrastructure
Owned a Capex annual spend for North American Coal ($250M) and Exploratory
Mine Greenfield Development ($3B). Managed a staff of five Category
Managers.
. Increased departmental savings output by 400% in year one; maintained
output in year two with a 50% budget reduction and staff reduction.
. Inherited <10% Spend under Contract and increased that to 80% in a year
and a half.
. Developed a program to measure company sourceable spend under contract

. Led an effort to standardize availability definitions across company to
