CURRENT ORGANIZATION

Responsibility: Test planning and execution(Functional and Automation).

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Project : Accenture Claims Components

This is a project Insurance project (Property & Causality). It is a Software package for

complete reporting and handling of claims. It is based on Agile meyhodology

Standard Role : Quailty Analyst

Currently I am working in Accenture Claim Components as a Manual and Automation

Tester and in Quality Assurance team. Following Agile methodology

My responsiblities includes analyzing new modules functional requirements and

create automated and manual test script

Certifying (or maintaining) the Qualtiy of Upgrades and new versions of software.

Worked on TAC(Test Automation centre) for automated testing.

For defect management(Defect Reporting and logging) used QC, raised major and

minor defects with full compliance to defect cycle and kept a track of defects.

Attended daily scrum calls and coordinated with onshore team.

Performed Smoke and Regression tests and give sign-offs.

Used SQL for Data extraction and creation for testing purposes

Tools Usage:

1. TAC(Test Automation centre) for Execution

2. Quality centre(QC) Defect logging and maintaining.

3. SQL Server Management Studio for database queries

Project : UC(Universal Credit)

This is a project by UK Government which is trying to implement by bringing the 21

existing benefits under one umbrella. Following Agile methodology

Standard Role : Automation and Manual Tester

Currently I am working with DWP as a Manual and Automation Tester, where my

primary role to Handle modules in project for Script Preparation, Execution, Scope

creation, Requirement gathering, Defect Reporting and logging, and OnShore and Scrum

calls.

My responsiblities includes automated and manual test script creation and

execution. Analysed the requirements and worked on scope sheets.

Worked on Selenium tool integrated with Fitness for automation testing.

For defect management(Defect Reporting and logging) used Clear Quest, raised

major and minor defects with full compliance to defect cycle and kept a track of

defects.

Coordinated with onshore team.

Tools Usage:

1. Selenium for Execution

2. Rational Clear Quest for Defect logging and maintaining.

3. SQL Server Management Studio

4. Rational Clear Case for Version Control.

5. Rational team concert for project management

Project : Phoenix - Bridging Solution

This project was of DuPont, in this project we were migrating existing Dupont website to

a new website to according to there business requirements.

Standard Role : Functional Tester

Worked as a tester in a Website project based on a new content management system

(DRUPAL).

Understood requirements and helped team to decide proper strategy and processes

required.

Created TCER and worked on test approach.

Planned, designed and executed test cases for testing entire website within

deadlines.

Used JIRA for defect management.

Attended triage meetings with development to discuss issues and explained

defects to them. Created MOM for the same.

Attended calls with Onshore team to discuss issues and provide status updates.

Understood DRUPAL CMS concept and functionalities to test effectively and

helped team members to understand its concepts.

Received appreciation for work.

Worked for stretched timings to meet deadlines.

Completed Regression testing.
