Professional Summary

An aeronautical engineer, I have spent my professional career at a

multinational group in the automotive components sector, specifically in

positions of increasing responsibility in the field of operations (Quality

Manager, R&D Manager, Plant Manager, Managing Director). My experience is

international in nature, as I have worked in 5 different countries: Italy,

Spain, Brazil, Argentina and Morocco. In my position as Managing Director

over the past 3 years, I oversaw the start-up of production at a factory

built "from the ground up" in Morocco, for which I was responsible for

legal/bureaucratic paperwork, technical matters, and the selection and

training of personnel. The ability to adapt quickly to different cultural

situations and a knowledge of 5 languages - English, French, Spanish,

Portuguese and Arabic - in addition to Italian complete my profile.

Career History

Denso is a multinational company in the Toyota Group. With

over 120,000 employees and factories in 5 continents, it

specialises in the manufacture of components for the

technical studies, etc.)

. Supervision/coordination of the construction of the machinery to be

installed in the factory

. Recruitment, hiring, induction and training of local personnel

. Supervision/coordination of the project design phase of the new product

appropriately trained by Denso in Italy.

assigned to correct the situation, as the head of Quality Control and the
