Major Responsibilities

Customer Relation Service Responsibilities:

• Manage the work and contribution of Customer Service(System Report)

• Collect and review data from Remedy (Desk Tool) for all problems and changes

• Provide Daily reporting on new Problem tickets raised

• Provide Daily reporting on Problem ticket delinquency(Internal staff)

• Provide Weekly Reporting on Changes Raised and Implemented

• Manage and collate all the information required on SR (Service Request) and

Work Orders for the Monthly Service Reporting Report – including managing the

collection of any commentary required from the Engineering Room Managers

• Assist the Management in filing the JL(Jewel Loan) Reports and moving the JL

packets to safe custody(vault)

• Manage the Data Entry and preparation of the Banking CSR (Client Service

Reporting Tool) for the Client

• Complete the data manipulation and reporting clients feedback Report (Monthly

and Weekly)

• Taking care of the Internal and External formalities of the resources

Project Management Key Responsibilities:

• General project Handling - Asset management, investment banking, venture

capital, life and non life insurance etc

• Project Handling (Mithra report, Irregularity Report, Gold Report)

• Exception reports with inventories

• Perform the regular Banking activities which include tracking & reporting Rupee

term loan, Home and Vehicle loan, Credit card, privilege and wealth

management.

• Resource Management

• Generation, tracking and maintenance of detailed work-plans

• Expense tracking and deliverables reconciliation

AML compliance and team level reporting

• Assist the junior management team by interpreting and analysing the deliverable

reports and suggesting necessary actions where appropriate

• TRCA account progress tracking

• Address verification tracking

• Issue tracking

Risk tracking

• Assist in Management activities, specifically pending SR (Service Request)

support and guidance during the five s; including cash handling, work plans setup.

• Voucher status reporting

• Planning daily productive activity and changes

• Diploma in Cruise Management

• BCOM(CA) from Bharathiar University

Technical Skills:
