Manage/direct all Facilities, EHS and Security programs for four facilities in three states requiring 50% travel.
Provide budgetary and strategic planning and controls for the support of physical plant operations including
staffing and resource allocation for production equipment, research and development operations, buildings,
grounds, energy management, life safety, and security to promote and protect the quality of life of the company’s
employees. Act as representative and subject matter expert for transactions with federal, state and local
governmental agencies, real estate, construction and contractor interface for the integration of facility services.
Implement staff leadership and development for EHS compliance and the implementation of best practices
through the development of critical programs and all related policies and procedures. Implement continuous
improvement through numerous key programs including Emergency Management, Business Contingency and

safety and environmental compliance for all Non-Refinery operations including the interaction with OSHA, EPA,
