V MIG,saw,SMAW welding process, ut,lpt carried out as per standards

and specification.

V Can make WPS,PQR standard.

V Understand the piping design and carry out.

V Familiar in ISO and 'u' stamp documentation.

V Preparation of various work procedure and quality plan.

V Final dimensional and fit up checking as per drawing.

V Checking the defects that may be existed(free from burr, dent,

crack, damage, scoring mark, waviness, tool wear)

V Operator process instrumentations.

V Visual inspection of welding and witness for ndt.

V Site co-ordination and reporting to the qa manager.

V Welder qualification test and witness for macro etching, bend test.

V Final inspection with client.
