well as overseeing and negotiating easements, utility contracts, and

relationships between Refinery and Chamber of Commerce in offsite

functions.

and buildings management responsibilities. Oversaw 7-16 reports, budgets

from $2.1M to $9.3M, and up to $11M in capital. Directed Warehouse,

Purchasing, Facilities, and Administrative functions. Controlled contract

negotiations, resolution of unpaid items, evaluation of inventory reports,

and optimization of onsite materials. Prioritized crew and grounds keeping

plans while also managing vehicle fleets, radio system, and seven facility

houses.
