Developed and implemented the first IT strategic plan for Towne Park, a
nationwide company providing parking management and staffing solutions to
over 400 hotel, hospital and commercial clients. Built IT department from
scratch. Promoted from Vice President to Executive Vice President after one
year. Recognition received from SmartCEO magazine and Microsoft. Numerous
systems and applications implemented, bringing measurable cost and labor
savings, vastly improved workflow, and reduced administrative burden on

. Replaced entire portfolio of inadequate HRIS systems. Among other
systems, selected and implemented Workday HR/Payroll, Oracle/Taleo

facilities. Accomplishments include:
. Providing the technology and process leadership supporting the company's
growth by 50% over a two year time-frame while maintaining high levels
of customer satisfaction (100% customer retention) and exceeding budget
objectives

thousands of customers. Led consulting and software development teams
responsible for complex retail and distribution data collection, bar code,
and POS applications. Company was acquired by a west coast venture capital
firm. Accomplishments include:
. Reduced IT and telecommunications costs by over $2 million annually
(while improving service levels) through contract re-negotiations,
personnel re-alignments, improved infrastructure and selective
outsourcing (external and internal sources)
. Specifically selected by the Moore corporate CEO to participate in a
dedicated business team to develop digital print products for the
company, resulting in five business ventures presented and supported by
the board of directors
. Led implementation of Direct Sales telemarketing team bringing in over
$12 million revenue annually

Business eCommerce site resulting in the signing of a $2 million service

operations and go public (IPO) within projected timeframe and budget

Following progressively increased responsibilities, led all
Information Systems activities for the arm of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), USA
that fully supported the Toyota dealers and customers in the five-state Mid-
Atlantic region. Oversaw a staff of 50 and a budget of $15 million, which
included full P&L responsibility for computer systems and services sold to
Toyota dealers and their affiliated franchises from other manufacturers.
Company was bought out by Toyota Motor Sales, Inc. in 1991.
. Meeting deadlines and budgets, successfully completed a two year plan to
replace all computer systems supporting the huge sales growth of MAT and
leading MAT to obtain #1 status across all Toyota regions
. Led development efforts for a comprehensive interactive communication
system connecting all of the Toyota dealers in the Mid-Atlantic area with
TMS and MAT. First region in the country to implement an on-line, real-
time vehicle locator system.
. Designed and implemented an allocation and distribution system connecting
the Toyota factory, MAT and the Toyota dealers resulting in cutting a
three week information lag to 3 days. Was written up in a major IBM
magazine.
. Developed and implemented HRIS, Financial, and comprehensive parts
warehousing systems for MAT and the dealers
. Managed corporate IS strategic planning, voice and data networking
functions including applications for customer service department.
Directed product selection for later downsizing of mainframe-based
