• Created numerous electron and photon 3DCRT plans on various treatment sites, including:
orbit, GBM, whole brain, lung, prostate, rectum, bladder, 2-field breast, 3-field breast, 4-field
breast, spine, pancreas, and more.
• Extensive planning utilizing field-in-field technique, dynamic wedges, respiratory gating,
photon/electron matching, and non-coplanar fields, such as vertex fields.
• Proficient in IMRT, as well as VMAT Rapid Arc with multiple PTVs.
• Exposure to SBRT, LDR, and SRS.
• Experience with Eclipse (version 10), RadCalc, Oncochart, and Aria (version 10).
Radiation Therapist

• Significant experience with CT simulation, Varian Trilogy, Varian IX, Acuity Simulation,
HDR (SAVI, Cylinder, Tandem and Ovoid), and LDR prostate seed implants.
• Successfully treat patients operating Acuity Simulation, SAVI, perform CT simulations, and
treat patients on LINACS with Rapid Arc, SBRT, IGRT, and CBCT. Able to run any machine
and treat or simulate any patient independently.

arise. Completely independent, fully capable, and reliable.

various treatment techniques, such as field-in-field.

Courage Classic
• Raised nearly $2,000.00 total in 2011 and 2012 and rode my bicycle for Mary Bridge
Children’s Hospital.
BMO Vancouver Marathon
• Donated and ran the full marathon in 2012 in support of the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.

• Part of a team that cooked homemade meals and served them to children suffering from
