Services, Transportation, Customer Service, Special Projects, Materials

Management, Sales, Logistics, Healthcare Services, and Facility

Maintenance. This facility handles over 1M pounds of various waste

streams on a monthly basis for a broad spectrum of industries in 11

Midwest states.

. Ensured operations comply with regulations while continually maintaining

high gross margins and year over year growth.

. Provided technical support to staff and other PSC locations and senior

Envirosolve/Enserv Midwest, LLC, Kansas City 2006 - 2007

District Manager-Midwest Operations

. Startup of new acquisition company to the Kansas City market that was

servicing over 3,500 medical and hazardous waste clients in 6 states.

. Managed the start-up of a new service line to two major Kansas and

Missouri medical centers to manage the safe handling and disposal of

regulated medical, recyclable universal wastes, and hazardous chemical

wastes generated throughout 5 major facilities and over 2,000 beds.

. Managed the day to day administrative work for 6 Dept. of Defense

DRMS/DRMO contracts encompassing numerous installations in 12 states.

. Responsible for program development, beta-testing, and rollout of

RCRAserv, a new program that identifies hazardous wastes in hospital

pharmacy formularies on a nationwide level.

Hulcher Professional Services, Inc., Kansas City 2003 -

2006

Senior Divisional Manager- Emergency Response and Environmental Services

. Oversaw the establishment and profitability of a new office, while

marketing our services to established railroads and new clients

regionally and nationwide. Managed 5 offices, 15 personnel, and several

subcontractors in the Midwest and Canada while providing company

oversight on major remediation and cleanup projects in the region.

. Managed Emergency Response, industrial cleaning and O&M jobs and site

remediation projects. Provided site safety, chemical response/expertise

. Managed the $3.5MM per year cleanup operations of clandestine drug labs

for the DEA and other law enforcement agencies on a 24 hours a day, 7

the plant, including labpacks, and helped choose disposal options at
