US Customs Operations Head - Owner of Customs Clearance Operations in
the US for 500 + staff performing functions of scanning, document

daily shipments across all US ports and revenue in excess of
$100,000,000 annually.
US Customs Operations Centralization - Leadership, design and
centralization of all international transaction processing and
technology for US Customs Operations across 50 locations to a single
facility. Owned development and startup of entire facility including
creation of all roles and responsibilities, operational business
processes, HR and facility management. Program responsible for
greater than 900 FTE and eventual centralization of 500 FTE to realize
savings of 10+ million annually.

Global head responsible for assisting each country / region with P&L
achievement through implementation of operational procedures, KPI,
financial discipline and best practices. Responsible for annual
budget process for each country / region as well as monthly reviews of
financial performance and assisting countries in corrective measures
related to financial performance. Responsible for establishing and
measuring of financial and operational KPI globally. Global revenue
of approximately $400 million annually.
US Finance Operations - Responsible for design of all finance
processes for Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Domestic trucking and Customs
Operations to facilitate financial savings and migration to a
outsourced partner in Chennai, India. Scope of ownership and design
included GL, AP, AR, Cash Application, Intercompany Accounting and
Collections. Program included RFP process, vendor selection and
contract negotiations. Implementation encompassed complete redesign
of all finance processes and implementation of supporting technologies
for onshore / offshore model.
Responsible for leadership of 3rd party vendor post-migration as well
as ownership of retained US team.
. Owner of a global team of business and process analysts to define
business and technology solutions to resolve issues across the

. Owner of a global and cross-functional team of software developers to

existing locations around the US to a single competency center.
Project encompassed more than 1 million in consulting revenue for
design of future operating model, IT operating model and

annual savings).
Ran all collections operations for a period of one year and hired and
trained internal team to take over operations.
Design, development & implementation of AR collections software to
support centralized operations and new business processes. Project
included $400,000 in design and implementation services utilizing a
team of business analysts and software development resources.
Design and creation of billing audit software enabling greater
accuracy in freight billing processes. Project included $600,000 in
design development, project management and implementation services.
Design and creation of Accounts Receivable software to seamlessly
integrate internal systems with vendors Freight Payment Audit
Companies. Project included $300,000 in design, development, project

One of several project managers overseeing multiple teams in the
development of a new Y2K compliant merchandising system. Project
encompassed full life cycle responsibilities including: working with users
to gather business requirements, flowcharting process flows, GUI mock up
screens, data testing, code testing, parallel testing and implementation.
Simultaneously managed project managers in developing applications for
Replenishment, Inventory Management, Transfer Control, Purchase Orders,
