Global IT cost structures and allocations. Activities included
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for
all approved Global IT PMO initiatives. Responsible for managing
P&L and Capital forecasts with total combine spend range from
$140 million to $175 million annually. Responsibilities also
included direct oversight of separate P&L forecast at ITSS/NCS,
(IT infrastructure operating company) of $70 million.
Key Accomplishments:
Financial lead of major operating efficiency initiative,
"ProsperITy", which reduced overall infrastructure spend for
multiple (4) Pharma R&D operating companies within global IT
environment. Realized in 2006, $31.5 million of total
savings/avoidance benefits
