spreadsheets to track over 325 resumes and scheduled interviews between managers and potential

candidates. Created a tracking process on SharePoint which included providing access to only hiring

managers due to confidentiality of who applied, interviewed, and who were hired with salaries. During

an approximate 6 month period, all 89 positions were filled.

o Command Centers in The Lakes, NV and Weehawken, NJ were consolidated to the newly built

Command Center in Irving, TX. Worked side by side with HR Generalists by submitting relocation

funding requests to ensure staff relocated by required dates.

o Managed the successful transfer of six individuals from Mexico to The Lakes, NV on L1-B / H1-B visas.

Worked side by side with Citi immigration facilitators, Interfaced with Banamex Human Resources in

Mexico and US Government officials. Facilitated document review for accuracy prior to submission to

the US Governments. Arranged payments, scheduled interviews with the US consulate, and the

Applicant Service Center for each individual.
