* Responsible for the overall management, production, material support, and long range efforts of the Navy’s largest fleet replacement squadron consisting of 1,200 Sailors, Marines, Reservists, and Contractors performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 112 F/A-18 A-F aircraft and associated equipment.

* Guided the successful completion of 25 Strike, Fighter Weapons, and Carrier Qualification detachments, 35 aircraft transfers/receipts, 15 air shows, and supported Foreign Military Sales.

* Flawlessly led the combining of 2 Maintenance Departments which entailed the consolidation of 112 Strike Fighters, 1,200 personnel, and 84 maintenance programs.

* Executed flight operations in one week after merging the Navy’s 2 largest maintenance departments. The projected goal to resume flight operations post merge was 2 weeks, foresight and strong leadership resulted in it happening in half that time.
