design, and overseeing construction work through completion.

Served as Account Manager for the Ritz-Carlton, Fl. in all areas of enhancements

to daily maintenance and supervision of a seven-day week eight-member staff.

Jackson Country Club, Jackson, MS. 1995 - 1998

Assistant Superintendent

Served as the key assistant to the head superintendent for all areas golf course

maintenance and construction and execution of a $1.5 million dollar annual

operating budget and supervision of a 18 member staff.

Served as the Project Manager of a $800,000, five month project to design and

construct twenty new tees and greens.

Oversaw all major golf course renovations as Assistant Superintendent, which to

include extensive renovations on the golf course, tennis courts and clubhouse.
