Experience

Pac Sun: Sales Associate November 2011- January 2012

I experience retail in its peak during the holiday season and black and learned all floor duties also stock room, changing room

and cashier duties.

Harkins Theatres: Team leader (Assistant Manager) April 2011-January 2013

As a Team Member, I learned retail along with general cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. I worked with large

amounts of money, handled guests, and learned the ins and outs of the company.

• I was promoted to Team Leader, which is a supervisory role after much hard work, where I was in charge of a

team and made sure tasks we completed, handled breaks, and dealt with customer complaints as well as

disciplinary issues with Team Members. I worked with the management team, and made sure tasks were

completed in a timely manner, and my input was valued within the company.

Verizon Wireless (mybullfrog.com): Sales Representative

n January 2013- Present

I joined mybullfrog.com which is a Premium Retailer for Verizon Wireless, as an Indirect Sales Representative I worked in

sales, which means I worked with people and learned how to be the best customer service person possible and how to sell

products successfully; however I already had experience with this. I worked as a team, and the representatives managed

their own stores and had area mangers that came from time to time. I learned how to work with computers very well, meet

goals, do inventory etc.

two years at Community College, then transferring to ASU and getting a Masters Degree in Sociology.

Masters degree in Sociology.

Skills

I am a very friendly, personable person who does well with customers and coworkers. I am task oriented and always like to stay

busy and always want to move up in my place of employment. My passion is leading people, and teaching someone the ins and

outs of the job and helping the company succeed. I learned management skills being a Team Leader at Harkins, such as

checking for counterfeit bills, dealing with difficult customers, addressing issues among other workers, leading a team, and

managing tasks in a timely manner and also as a Sales Representative I worked with people, sold products well and always met

my goals, and on a team. My passions are the criminal justice system specifically how the criminal mind works, animals I am a

big animal lover, and movies and of course the usual; friends, family etc.
