Service Desk Technician:

Provided all aspects of IT support and Systems Administration for

over 300 users locally at 4 separate locations as well as

remote support and Server administration for company

companywide is around 1700. Used ITIL processes, and

Service Now Incident system, to document and track all

Incidents and Requests. Volunteered for many special

projects including: SCCM 2012 build and deployment,

Performed Desktop support daily for Chevron SJVBU (San Joaquin Valley

Business Unit), with the spirit and enthusiasm of "The

Auto racing team in the "C.A.R.T." Championship series.

Started as 2nd Mechanic to obtain "Race" experience,

familiarity with procedures and race car. Switched between

Mechanic and Tire person depending on need. Applied

mechanical experience to support and repair race car as

needed including complete teardown and rebuild of any

component. Assisted with dynamometer testing of engines and

general repair of equipment. Later, was
