Project: FX-works - FX algo trading platform

Managing project expectations, communicating with management teams,

ensuring on time, on budget delivery of solution. Management of project

staffing and balanced use of on-shore and off-shore resources.

. Provide leadership on development of cloud based version of IO-WORKS's

FX trading platform by working with business leads and management

resulting in successful product release deemed critical for IO-WORKS's

strategic growth.

. Reviewed long term business goals with executive teams and identified

additional, low cost solutions to add to original project request

resulting in increased client base by 50%

. Stream lined project planning and development effort after recognizing

significant weakness in established processes common in fast growing

start up. Introduced formal processes for project planning, time line

estimation, QA testing and release management.

. Worked with multiple banks and ECNs to bring in new exchange

connectivity to the platform resulting in improved feature offerings

by the platform. FX-WORKS now offers out of the box connectivity with

more than 15 banks and ECNs due to this effort.

. Initiated simulator development efforts which resulted in faster

development and accurate testing of the system.

. Significantly reduced memory foot print and increased performance of

the platform by introducing performance testing in development life

cycle, resulting in stable and robust product. Platform now executes

trades in milliseconds.

Project: Quick Trade, Quick OMS, Aggregator, Treasury Center,

Administrative application, Archive Blotter

Managed development of multiple systems of Fxall's FX trading platform with

daily volume of approximately $80B. Responsible for overall delivery of

process implementation and software releases.

. Restored FXall's reputation and gained new source of revenue from

customers and shareholders by managing on-time delivery of white-label

version of FXall's flagship trading product, which had previously

experienced more than one year of delays

. Delivered strategically critical cross-currency-netting product on

time by leveraging prior architecture enhancements and keeping project

focused on essential deliverables in fiscally challenging environment

in which budgeted headcount was reallocated to other projects

. Delivered latest trading GUI which was earlier out sourced and was

more than 8 months delayed with serious technical and design issues

resulting in release of robust product which was keenly awaited by

board of directors

. Realized significant cost savings by developing strategic plans that

allowed customers to be migrated from third party system to FXall's

proprietary platform in corporate settings where relationship managers

were unwilling to confront risks associated with transitioning

customers

than five-fold decrease in major and critical system issues

front end trading UI application by changing object model and
