Responsible for scheduling 25 employees’ shifts (lunch, 2 fifteen minutes breaks, and clock
out time) all according to the incoming call forecast that we received daily, to ensure that all
the phones were covered for the expected call volume.
Handling irate consumers, taking over the call if the customer service representative was
having troubles, focused on calming the consumer down, listening to the entire issues, and
then asking the consumer what they would like for us to do for them. If the request was in
reason and the mistake was our fault, I would resolve the issue,.

Promoted to Trainer
Requested to train and assist 45 brand new employees with a new company coming into
the building. The company did not provide any training materials for the new employees,
only the 4 class trainers. The 1st week I went over the company policies, rules, and
procedures. The 2nd week we still were not provided materials, so I made numerous copies
of my manual. The 3rd week the company trainers had come and had their materials, but
continued to use the manual I made to finish training and graduate the class. All my
students passed.
