24 hours or less of the home visit ensuring it is completed, and review the consumer record for
completeness, appropriateness, and accuracy. Ensures that consumer records are current and in
accordance with the agency’s policies and regulatory bodies. Helps the consumer with personal
hygiene, prepares nutritious meals or snacks for the consumer. Assists with instrumental activities of
daily living. Provides basic emotional support to the consumer and other members of the household
