operation of the lab and test engineers

Managed extensive research and development of innovative geotechnical and environmental

technologies, in situ measurement techniques, and geographical information systems (GIS)

implementation.

Project manager on the design/build of accelerated pavement test machines; large, complex test

machines for evaluating concrete pavements and bridge decks.

Project manager for the modification and operation of a rotary percussion rock-drill rig used to

collect in situ rock properties for geotechnical site characterization.

Substantial experience fielding a wide variety of test and measurement instrumentation, automated

data collection, and processing systems for characterizing environmental and weapons effects test

sites.

Responsible for 3D-modeling of sub-surface geology and chemical contamination plumes.
