Mini Project: Automatic Defect Products Removal System

Description:

The aim of this project is to reduce the work and carelessness of humans. It has a

programmed microcontroller for the automatic removal of defect products in its

dimensions. The product is made to move on a conveyer and the defective products are

automatically removed by the pneumatic cylinder by the signals from the microcontroller.

Main Project:Process Flow Of Bullet 500 Vehicle Assembly

Description:

I did my main project in the ROYAL ENFIELD,Tiruvottiyur,Chennai. The main aim of

my project is to prepare a process flow of the vehicle assembly for a new model Bullet 500

which was about to be released on our project training period. The new model was

assembled from parts of various other models of Royal Enfield vehicles. Thus we

successfully prepared a process flow for the new model under the assistance of our guide in

the company.

TRAINING EXPOSURE

• Undergone Project Training in ROYAL ENFIELD, Tiruvottiyur for 3 months.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

• Participated in National level Technical Symposium organized by various colleges

(Anna University, SMK Fomra Chennai, SVCE Chennai, Saveetha Engineering College

Chennai)

• Won Runners up prize in the Badminton Zonal, during the year 2009.

conducted by the University of Cambridge ESOL.
