. Facilitated development and negotiations of "Two-Tier" Wage and
Benefits Package with Steelworkers Local 2175. Projected savings of

. Integrated 13 acquired service companies ( NRS - National
Refrigeration Services, Taylor & RSI) over 18 months and developed a
national labor strategy for our 2300 service and installation
technicians.
. Facilitated the design and implementation of a comprehensive training
program for service technicians focused on providing a superior
customer experience and identifying proactive, value-added services
for customers.
. Built a field HR organization that did not exist prior to 2001.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
From 1982 to July 2001 assumed various HR leadership positions within the
Ingersoll Rand and Westinghouse Corporations. Ingersoll Rand purchased
Thermo King from Westinghouse in 1997.
. As HR Director of Retail Solutions for Ingersoll Rand (2000), served
as HR business partner to VP of Retail Solutions. Supported the
development of a new business unit from scratch including selection
of talent and development of organizational structure to deliver our
value proposition.
. As Director of Global Staffing, Development & Diversity for Thermo
King Corporation developed and implemented a Rotational Leadership
Development Program. Received 1996 Quality Award for the program.
. As Manager of Human Resources for Hastings, Nebraska Plant -
Westinghouse Electric Corporation, facilitated the design and
implementation of Empowered Work-teams for 325-person manufacturing
plant.
. As Manager Human Resources Operations for Westinghouse Corporate
Information Services (Pittsburgh, PA), restructured non-exempt job
system from 17 job families and 50 job titles to 5 job families and 15
jobs.
From June 1975 to February 1982 managed various health promotion businesses
throughout western New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
