• For Fidelity Investments, developed technical system design, programming specifications, and coded

major programs for a 401(k) non-discrimination testing system. Participated in the development of system

requirements analysis and system design specification documents for re-engineering of sales and marketing

system. Conducted user requirements analysis, developed functional design and program specifications,

coded on-line and batch programs for a sales tracking and forecasting system using COBOL II, TELON, CICS,

and DB2.
