After a successful corporate career in the healthcare staffing industry, Duncan decided to utilize her leadership

and sales skills to pursue her dream of opening a temporary staffing firm that specializes in educational therapy

staffing. She was known throughout the industry as an expert in various markets in the school therapy staffing
