A passionate, assertive self-starter, I have generated record-breaking sales and revenue gains in
extremely competitive environments where drive, tenacity and a commitment to team success are critical
in exceeding both corporate/client expectations. I’ve managed high-profile clients, and my Quicken Loan
awards include:
■ VIP Perry’s Club (top ten in production out of 300 people)
■ Varsity Senior Banker Award (131 closings for $30.65M - Jan-Sept, 2011)
■ Recognition Club (23 closings for $4.8M - Dec. 2010)
■ Recognition Club (14 closings for $2.4M - Feb. 2011)
Often called “the closing shark,” I am frequently sought out to mentor, coach and develop others much
more senior than myself, based on my relationship-building skills and proven ability to gain client
commitments. My immensely successful career is supported by a BA in Communications from
Cleveland State University.
Representative Achievements
Tapped to coach company’s top US bankers. As one of best Quicken Loan bankers in Cleveland,
consistently selected to provide Best Practices for fellow bankers on how to get clients to follow through
on their commitments. Based on success, won every contest the firm rolled out including all-expense-paid
trips, sporting events tickets etc.
Played key role in launch of new branch. Local Allstate agent was new to the industry and needed help
starting up new operation. Provided list of promising client prospects and built such trust that prospects
readily offered comprehensive data, enabling struggling new agent to give them a quote and jump-start
his business.
Served as a top member of team crowned as best-producing in company. Every year Quicken Loan
ran a three-month-long contest to determine best out of 70 producing teams. Capitalizing on sales
training, motivation and incentives provided by firm, won all-expense-paid trip to Dominican Republic for
each team member and guest.
Won coveted reward trip for top production. The top 10% of Quicken Loan’s bankers in production,
revenue and clean business competed against each other to win all-expense-paid trip to Cancun in 2010.
Finished in top 5% out of 250 bankers in title group, winning vacation that was accompanied by
company’s CEO and VP.
Set company standard for client follow-up success. Quicken Loans sought to improve follow up on
loans to which clients had committed. Taught numerous classes and met individually with individual
bankers, modeling proven techniques for accomplishing goals. Recognized for expertise in this arena by
Regional VP, VP and CEO.
