all PM meetings, handle all EAC's for every PM, and confirm that

scope did not change (and if it did put in a request for more

funds).

. Managed and Lead a group of five for all incoming and outgoing

mail to/or from the Government for entire company. Input in SQL,

Distribute copies to top Managers.

. Developed numbering systems for new contracts coming in per

Customer.

. Handle the companies Records Retention.

. Typed up all Contracts letter(s) going to customers.

. Managed CDRL Master List deliverable schedule for the company.

Notified top managers on reports scheduled to be submitted,

weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly, submit delinquent reports.

. Printed all paper manuals and submitted to the Field Service

Representative and the government.

. Reviewed all new procures being developed in the company approval

prior to being used, develop a procedure numbering systems for
