Oversaw quality assurance for three plants plus incoming raw material harvest; coordinated
and supported corporate quality initiatives and technology/R&D functions at the site, as well
as managed quality lab personnel and testing.
• Promoted from Asst Plant Manager to multi-plant Quality Manager in 2009.
• Supported sales team with visits to US, Canada, and S. America customers to discuss
company’s product quality issues, resulting in restored customer confidence.

Managed team of lab technicians and production line quality inspectors for the manufacture of
aerospace parts, and led quality assurance functions for these personnel.

production in-process inspection functions, passing quality audit by a large margin

• Resolved Quality Issues, restored key customer relationship: Investigated, identified and
resolved both a primary and secondary cause, resulting in resumed flights for the AH-64
fleet and restored satisfaction of a key customer.
• Saved $4.2MM through cost-effective implementation of regulatory compliance: Led a
multi-functional team and managed project to ensure compliance with upcoming
environmental regulations. Implemented full compliance measures with material
alternatives and utilizing cutting edge technologies at a fraction of the original estimated
cost of the project, saving an estimated $4.2 million over three years for the company.

final quality control tests failed on a B-1B vertical stabilizer, an important component for a
new Air Force aircraft. Chosen by senior management to produce a solution; worked
around the clock for 72 hours, ultimately producing a stabilizer that met quality standards,
resulting in successful on-time product delivery of new first production component.
