Duties: Manages the full function of recruitment and retention for all
levels of PHA staffing needs. Compiles with and ensures other Authority

employment practices, laws and regulations, including the Civil Rights Act

Duties: Served as Support Manager for Philadelphia Housing Authorities
(PHA)'s Customer Relationship Case Management System (PeopleSoft). Met
daily with the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Rollout team to discuss
ideas & selecting/filtering out alternatives to make the system more
improved. Managed a large team of 182 PHA end-users of the IVR system.
Monitored the performance of 9 Service Call Specialists within PHA's Call
Center. Direct and managed designated projects.
Accomplishments: 1) Served on the Project Management Team as secondary
designer and have successfully rolled out the Interactive Voice Response
system project. 2) With the implementation of the IVR system, the Call
Center's abandonment rate went from 32% average to a 10% average and below
in a span of 7 months. 2) Promoted to Employment Administrator.
Project Manager, Finance/Payments 2004 to 2006
Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA), Philadelphia, PA
Duties: Developed a financial modeling system that reduced turnaround
payout (to landlords) time from five days to one day. Designed a
statistical report (using Microsoft Excel), for the payments department, to
tracks and gives percentage of errors created by staff before the payment
goes out to landlords and tenants. Analyzed results of operations to
discover more efficient ways to utilize resources. Prepared weekly project
status reports for senior management. Participated in management team
process to develop vision and mission statements. Reviewed project status
reports during each month-end close out phase. Decentralized accounts
payable to facilitate transition from cost centers to profit centers.
Trained employees in the new system (PeopleSoft Financials 8.0). Helped
develop PHA Strategic Operating Plan (SOP) goals for Finance Department.

Duties: Conducted tenant voucher briefings, landlord briefings, and "Moving
To Work" education seminars. Acted as liaison among tenants, landlords, and
the Housing Authority. Performed annual tenant re-certification interviews.

Duties: Investigated illegal trading. Developed a system in reporting
findings to upper management for formal interrogation to the Business Code
of Conduct. Conducted formal fact-finding investigations and interviews
with Floor Traders and Brokers and discussed issues to eliminate trading
fraud. Reviewed system generated reports that detected trading fraud.
Evaluated, processed, and composed the collected data for report
presentation to Trading Officials. Presented investigation findings to the
Exchange Enforcement Counsel for formal review and evaluation of
accusations.
