. Created monthly Flash Report and Management Report for distribution to

Senior Management which highlighted and analyzed financial, operational

(KPI), and market conditions driving business on a monthly, quarterly,

and year-to-date basis. This report's timely analysis improved Senior

Management's ability to provide the 10Q and earnings calls 15 days

(BPC/OutlookSoft) software - a budget and analytical reporting tool.

system to convert technical energy production generation models into

joint venture fund with GE Capital and ConocoPhillips for investment in

emerging and innovative energy technology.

Manager, Investor Relations

. Critical participant in NRG's successful hostile takeover defense from

Exelon Corp. Held significant responsibility for retaining shareholder

support, despite stock price fall as a result of the economic downturn,

by demonstrating how NRG's management and strategic platform were

greatly more valuable as a stand-alone entity. These efforts resulted

in shareholder vote to reject the hostile bid by a 3 to 1 margin.

. Developed an investor outreach program in order to attract new
