Summary

I am a technical leader with strong program management and system engineering training and experience. I

have been successful in fielding large, complex systems in the classified intelligence and defense industries. My

unique strength is capturing user needs into operational concepts and translating such into succinct and testable

requirements that result in developing and fielding systems on-time, on-budget and with required functionality.

A recent reorganization of customer functions and mission and geographic priority shifts have afforded me the

opportunity to explore new options. Recently retired at an early age, I am still very interested in being a senior

technical leader and advisor who contributes to an important and challenging technical development project

manned by a highly motivated team.
