Job description: Shipping/Supply
Responsibilities: Brief Supply Managers, Unit Commanders, and other key personnel when needed on the status of
materials.
Daily use of excel, power-point, and other unit & command database. limited (SAMs-E).
Order, Record and attain materials and/or equipment through Army Supply.
Maintain a 100% inventory of all materials and equipment on hand, and of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Record, Maintain, and return of excess or unserviceable parts and equipment.
Receive and inventory RPATs and weapons for unit turn in. Fill out 1348’s and other documents needed for
turn in
Create and maintain various reports i.e. Admin, time sheets, daily sign in rosters, sit-reps, weekly activity reports and

Compare inventory records with sales orders, invoices or requisition to verify accuracy. Keep records of incoming and
