● Westchester County: White Plains, NY - Deployed 2 Alcatel OmniPCX 4400’s, connected to 100 IP
phones. Responsible for design and implementation of the following features: Establishing
connectivity to Telco (Lightpath) 2 Pri. T1 lines, Voice mail, Automated Attendant, Hunt group,
overflow to PSTN, contact center, supervised keys, softphones, 5 digit dialing. This deployment is
part of a disaster recovery plan that encompasses the entire Voice and Data network of the
Westchester County government.
● Hitachi Metals: Purchase, NY – Staged OmniPCX 4400 for deployment of 80 IP phones, 10 digital, 5
analog phones and 15 Wireless handsets. Configured T1 PRI line to Telco (AT&T) Features include,
Automated Attendant, Call routing, BI-lingual voice guides, voice mail, speed dial, Multi Line
appearances, supervised keys, 4 digit dialing plan, barring, 4980 Softphones, 4760 Application for
management.
● Atlantic Bank of New York (ABNY): New York, NY – Designed and implemented 2 Cisco 6509 and 32
Cisco 3524 XL switches for their headquarters. Upgraded their PIX Firewall 525 to IOS code 6.0.
Configured all rules on PIX Firewall these include inbound and outbound access-lists. Connected 10
remote branches that were acquired via a merger to the bank.
● American Health Foundation: Valhalla, NY - Configured 2 Cisco 2610 and 1 Cisco 3640 router and 3
Cisco 3524 XL switches. These devices were staged at 3 different sites. Video conferencing
(PictureTel) was enabled between 2 sites utilizing the VPN tunnel.
● Bank of New York (BONY): New York, NY - Performed server and backup administration for their
disaster recovery sites.
● Cannondale: Bethel, CT - Redesigned their switched network infrastructure. Migrated their Frame-
Relay network of their International sites to site-to-site VPN tunnels.
● Financial Accounting Firm: Norwalk, CT - Designed and deployed a PIX Firewall 525 with multiple
interfaces, and a Cisco IDS 4210 reporting to Cisco Secure Policy Manager.
● National Grid: Westborough, MA - Managed their LAN and WAN which spans over 100 sites over
400 data network devices (all Cisco). In addition, migrated their Cabletron AS400 connections to a
Cisco 3640 using DLSW+.
● Memberworks: Stamford, CT – Staged 2 Cisco Catalyst 6009 and a Cisco 4006 switch between 2 sites
that were connected via fiber and consist of multiple Vlans, performing interVlan routing for IP, IPX
and Appletalk.
