• Gregory travels throughout Afghanistan as a FSR (Field Service Rep.) providing

mechanical/technical support on the PTDS Aerostat Contract. Gregory performs

maintenance on TEKGARD’s 5-Ton ECUs to include complete rebuilding of the

unit from brazing in replacement parts to making system adjustments IAW

manufacturer’s maintenance manual. Gregory also performs maintenance to

include providing technical support on JLG High lift and Sellick forklifts which

include electrical troubleshooting, engine repairs, manufacturing hydraulic hoses

and rebuilding hydraulic systems. He performs complete rebuilds on Military

MEP806B 60KW generators which involves repairing or replacing the generator

engine and AC Generator assembly to include troubleshooting and repairing

• Gregory worked in Kuwait and was responsible for providing, planning direction,

and guidance during the development, procurement, production, conversion and

upgrade phases to assure the accomplishment of the Quality Assurance metrics

for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle variants IAW ISO

9000/9001. Gregory provided policy interpretation, procedural guidance, and

technical assistance to contractors, DCMA elements, and supporting DOD

elements. Scheduled, directed or conducted periodic staff visits and audits to

assure compliance with specifications, regulations, directives and Quality

Assurance plans. He served as technical expert and consultant on Quality

Assurance to the Assistant Program Manager and other program staff. Gregory

Analyzed contractor capability to effectively carry out a sound Quality Assurance

program and evaluated contractors' QA plans and programs, and recommended

improvements as required. Ensured the QA program is properly administered, and

system and forklifts. Gregory rebuilt MRAP vehicle after ballistic testing

including all (AOA) installing new body and belly armor. He diagnosed and

repaired all mechanical/maintenance issues to include replacing engine and

transmission assembly, drive train assembly, body panels, electrical generator

repair, and hydraulic system repair. He performed electrical and electronic

diagnosis and repair. Performed A/C repairs and testing. Gregory participated in

data collection and analysis, prepared test analysis reports and tracked and

maintenance on HEMMTs for the refurbishment program. This included engine
