Hatchery Plant Manager
2006 – up to present
Currently responsible to all general but important matters of the hatchery plant operations including management of a management committee composing of departmental in-charge from administration, operations, technical, health/safety/environmental and a minimum of sixty (60) plant contractual personnel. My tasks include representing management in some officio-external affairs of the company when deemed of vital importance to protect its image and integrity. I am also accountable to the overall performance of the hatchery operations and meeting the standard operating procedures set by our client or toll partner (San Miguel Foods, Inc.) as well answerable to Maharlika management in the plant’s operational income and expense to the company president.
II. Coronon Poultry Farm Corporation

Currently responsible to all general but important matters of the poultry farm including management of one farm in-charge, three (3) farm supervisors, administrative clerk, three (3) farm technicians and six (6) farm laborers. I am accountable to train, motivate and develop such supervisors in attaining farm production efficiencies set by Maharlika management and San Miguel Foods its business partner. In addition, I am accountable to the farm’s operational income and expense to the company president.

Was able to set-up and open a local branch starting in Davao and consecutively Cebu at the same time effective and successful in reaching individual and branch quotas as well as training and motivating all sales personnel and customer service representatives in the promotion of all company products and services which includes formulating marketing strategies and updated promotional mediums / activities. Included to my task was to train, guide and motivate one to two administrative assistant and accountant to regular monitor the branch’s financial status (income and expense). At times, represented the company in some legal matters such as filing demands and pursuing lawless offenders or pirates of the company’s copyrighted software product.

As a training officer, I was held responsible to develop and personally give assigned trainings to invited participants of which was also in line with the Moral Recovery program. As Administrative Officer, I was accountable to all matters in our division, administrative and personnel works, the program and budget appropriation and liquidation.
VIII. San Miguel Foods Inc.
Mindanao Operations Planner

As one of the first, independent, determined, youngest and pioneering member of the management committee to set-up, plan, synchronize and coordinate poultry livestock operations in Davao and consequently the entire Mindanao region (from Contract Breeding Operations, Hatchery Operations, Contract Growing Operations, Dressing Plant and On-Plant Site Warehousing). Included in my daily duties were preparation of departmental production schedules, operational budget on short to long term basis, assist most if not all department supervisors in their operational requirements/concerns when needed and at times acted as executive assistant to the Mindanao Operations Manager in the preparation of his working documents upon his diplomatic request.
