Disney Channel February 2003 July 2003
• Tape Clerk: Worked at Disney Channel Headquarters in Burbank, Ca managing the
videotape library. Position involved using computer to obtain schedule and then
retrieving episodes to be aired on the Disney Channel. The tapes then needed to be
reentered into the database and returned to their correct position. Any filing error risked
disrupting the schedule. Work needed to be done with 100% accuracy.
Customer Service:
Barnes and Noble February 2001 August 2001
• Bookseller: assisted customers selecting books, received materials and stocked items on
shelves according to store organizational system, and handled cash register. The location
on Colorado, Blvd in Pasadena, California frequently had heavy customer traffic and
involved a great deal of service and sales.
