Senior Recruiter for the Grand Rapids Branch. Was instrumental in opening up a new branch.
Placement included IT and Engineering as well as Executive Level. Since the beginning has
maintained a placement record of over 40 placements per year relying on many recruiting
sources including sourcing, the Internet and Employee referrals. Over 95% of all placements
were relocated from throughout the US and Canada. Was selected and awarded the “Technical
Recruiter of the Year” honors for 1996 by Keane, Inc. from amongst over 110 recruiters in 40
locations. Only two awards were given by Keane in 1996 - the above and Recruiter of the Year.
One of two recruiters selected for Keane’s corporate “Learning Team” for the year 1997 (only 5
