Top 5 Strengths:

1) LEARNER This theme means that I love to learn. The subject matter that interests me most will be

determined by my other themes and experiences, but whatever the subject, I will always be drawn to the process

of learning.

2) RESPONSIBILITY This theme means that my Responsibility theme forces me to take psychological

ownership for anything you commit to, and whether large or small, I feel emotionally bound to follow it through

to completion.

3) DELIBERATIVE This theme means that I'm careful. I'm vigilant. I'm a private person. I know that the world

is an unpredictable place. Everything may seem in order, but beneath the surface I sense the many risks. Rather

than denying these risks, I draw each one out into the open. Then each risk can be identified, assessed, and

ultimately reduced. Thus, I'm a fairly serious person who approaches life with a certain reserve.

4) ANALYTICAL This theme means that I challenges other people: “Prove it. Show me why what you are

claiming is true.” In the face of this kind of questioning some will find that their brilliant theories wither and

die. For me, this is precisely the point. I do not necessarily want to destroy other people’s ideas, but I do insist

that their theories be sound. I see myself as objective and dispassionate.

5) RELATOR In simple terms, the Relator theme pulls me toward people I already know. I do not necessarily

shy away from meeting new people in fact, I'm sure I have other themes that cause me to enjoy the thrill of

turning strangers into friends but I do derive a great deal of pleasure and strength from being around my close

friends.

6 people have recommended Calvin

"Calvin is the hands-on, get-it-done kind of project manager who is quite knowledgeable in both computer

systems and proprietary and open source software. Working under Calvin in the area of small business

software products, his priorities and direction were always sensible. Under major obstacles and against

compressed deadlines, he kept multiple company initiatives across the software development life cycle

moving forward simultaneously. I highly recommend Calvin in the Project Management role."

Kevin Huther, MSEE, PMP, Research and Development Director, Company Phoenix, reported to Calvin

at Company Phoenix, Inc

"Calvin is a great project manager, is very detail oriented and delivers quality projects."

Jim Moritz, Systems Analyst, SCWL Corp., reported to Calvin at SCWL Corporation

"I had the pleasure of working with Cal as a Triple-I contractor at Sprint CCS. In fact, there were six of us

sharing the same small office all day. Because of his open communication style, attention to detail, and

cheerful attitude, Cal contributed every day to the camaraderie which made our hole in the wall a secure place

to manage our separate projects and help each other out. Given the opportunity, I would work with Cal again

in a heartbeat."

Tom Milner, Technical Project / Program Manager, Sprint, worked directly with Calvin at The Triple-I

Corporation

"Cal is a exemplary professional. Working with him, both as a co-worker and developer, as well as a leader

and business planner were rewarding experiences. I highly recommend Cal for his project level and

development level insight."

Randy Simmons, was Calvin's client

"Calvin was an amazing manager. He was technically knowledgeable and had outstanding leadership

capabilities. He was good at taking charge when it was needed, but never micro-managed. I worked with him

Page8

on a project that combined multiple databases for a client into one, and providing reports in a much faster

time than they even hoped. He was a joy to work with, and I would be delighted to have an opportunity to do

so again."
