Top 5 Strengths:
1) LEARNER This theme means that I love to learn. The subject matter that interests me most will be
determined by my other themes and experiences, but whatever the subject, I will always be drawn to the process
of learning.
2) RESPONSIBILITY This theme means that my Responsibility theme forces me to take psychological
ownership for anything you commit to, and whether large or small, I feel emotionally bound to follow it through
to completion.
3) DELIBERATIVE This theme means that I'm careful. I'm vigilant. I'm a private person. I know that the world
is an unpredictable place. Everything may seem in order, but beneath the surface I sense the many risks. Rather
than denying these risks, I draw each one out into the open. Then each risk can be identified, assessed, and
ultimately reduced. Thus, I'm a fairly serious person who approaches life with a certain reserve.
4) ANALYTICAL This theme means that I challenges other people: “Prove it. Show me why what you are
claiming is true.” In the face of this kind of questioning some will find that their brilliant theories wither and
die. For me, this is precisely the point. I do not necessarily want to destroy other people’s ideas, but I do insist
that their theories be sound. I see myself as objective and dispassionate.
5) RELATOR In simple terms, the Relator theme pulls me toward people I already know. I do not necessarily
shy away from meeting new people in fact, I'm sure I have other themes that cause me to enjoy the thrill of
turning strangers into friends but I do derive a great deal of pleasure and strength from being around my close
friends.

6 people have recommended Calvin
"Calvin is the hands-on, get-it-done kind of project manager who is quite knowledgeable in both computer
systems and proprietary and open source software. Working under Calvin in the area of small business
software products, his priorities and direction were always sensible. Under major obstacles and against
compressed deadlines, he kept multiple company initiatives across the software development life cycle
moving forward simultaneously. I highly recommend Calvin in the Project Management role."

sharing the same small office all day. Because of his open communication style, attention to detail, and
cheerful attitude, Cal contributed every day to the camaraderie which made our hole in the wall a secure place
to manage our separate projects and help each other out. Given the opportunity, I would work with Cal again
in a heartbeat."
