technology. Responsible globally for AIG’s SAP digital communications, content QA, analytics, surveys, global alerts, branding,
technical releases, executive communications, downtime communications, and services guide for AIG business units. Global SAP
Communications received highest (#1 and #2 scores) in two semi annual surveys to 12,254 SAP end users worldwide.
XL Capital, Stamford, CT: Created CFO Portal for Sarbanes Oxley Project onsite for XL Capital ($58 billion in assets) and led
communications to connect XL’s Bermuda home office with CFOs of global segments in 82 countries. Headed creative direction of this
complex web portal, editorial board governance, build out, and user acceptance testing. Implemented Microsoft SharePoint Collaboration
Tool to gain productivity for XL’s global, finance stakeholders.

real time, auto quotes on the SeaPass Cloud to insurers (The Hartford, Safeco, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Zurich), banks (Wells Fargo) and
national brokers (AON). Wrote implemented marketing plans selectively to lower costs overseas by managing front end creative in USA,
and web development printing overseas. Wrote storyboards, directed Flash, and built e commerce to sell user subscriptions.

partnerships (Google, Oracle/Primavera, Autodesk), and product lit. Created streaming videos and YouTube Clips co produced with

Creative Director, Registered Investment Advisory Technology Suite: Directed creative teams of four AIG/SunAmerica subsidiaries
in marketing communications launch for asset management, technology platform for RIAs nationwide. Sold the creative package to three
other AIG/SunAmerica broker dealers to enable all broker dealers to achieve economies of scale in graphic design/printing and lower
unit costs. Launch package included sales lit, marketing communications, direct response, training, and PR. Sales in first 12 months
approached $1 billion.
Editor in Chief: Wrote, edited, and published Sourcebook, a 64 page, full color, quarterly magazine distributed to 3,000 Registered
Investment Advisers nationwide and self funded through paid advertising from 13 Elite Partner Firms.

VP, MARKETING (1996 1998): Hired as marketing consultant and later by President as VP, Marketing of ING Variable.
Marketing: Built new marketing department serving 40,000 brokers in company with $1 billion in assets: 1st year sales in new
premiums $1.1 billion; 2nd year $2.3 billion; 3rd year $4.5 billion.
Product Launches: Created marketing for Premium Plus, which sold $876 million in premiums in first year after its launch.
