• Directly support 3 National Account Managers, ensuring all temporary housing tasks and activities are

successfully completed.

• Consistently complete 80 – 90 housings tasks daily, including managing over 100 calls per day.

• Interact with a variety of insurance adjusters associated with Allstate, State Farm, Kemper, and Travelers.

• Maintain daily tracking log with Sage ACT! and Excel, recording detailed notes and follow up tasks

associated with temporary housing needs.

• Resolve housing and lease issues with landlords and outside vendors that may arise while servicing clients.

• Coordinate lease extensions and early terminations with outside vendors and property managers.
